How to sell services using meeting packages and payment links
Note
This feature is being gradually rolled out to eligible users.
With Calendly Payments, you can charge for bundled meetings or send payment links for extra services—all in one place.
At this time, it is available only to users who have Stripe connected to their Calendly account. PayPal is not supported yet.
With Payments, you can:
- Create meeting packages to sell prepaid bundles of one-on-one or group meetings
- Create payment links to collect payment without scheduling a meeting
All payments are processed through Stripe. To use these features, make sure your Stripe account is connected.
Meeting packages
Meeting packages let you sell a bundle of prepaid one-on-one or group meetings to your clients. Clients pay upfront and book their sessions over time using a unique link.
Use meeting packages for coaching programs, tutoring bundles, therapy sessions, or services with multiple meetings.
Create a meeting package
To get started, go to Payments > Create > Meeting package (Beta). You’ll complete the setup in three steps.
- Add package details: Enter a name, description (optional), choose a one-on-one or group event type, and set the number of sessions.
- Set your price: Enter the amount, choose your currency, and add payment terms (optional).
- Add a confirmation message: This message appears after your client completes their purchase.
Select Create to publish your meeting package. After publishing, Calendly provides a reusable link you can share with clients.
What clients see
When clients open your package link, they can:
- View package details
- Enter their name and email
- Submit payment
After they complete their purchase, they’ll see a confirmation page with:
- A summary of their purchase
- Your confirmation message
- A button to schedule their sessions
Clients can schedule one or more sessions right away.
They’ll also receive a confirmation email with a unique scheduling link. They can use this link anytime to book their remaining sessions.
Payment links
Payment links let you collect payment for anything, without requiring clients to schedule a meeting. Clients open your link, enter their information, and submit their payment.
Use payment links for deposits, post-meeting payment requests, digital products, or any service you offer outside of scheduled meetings.
